Competition Terms and Conditions

About the promoter:

1. Travel Insurance Explained is a trading name of Travel Insurance Facilities Plc, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4UY

How to Enter:

1. Users must retweet and tag a friend on the JULY competition post on the @TravelInsEx Twitter Account. Users must also follow the @TravelInsEx Twitter Account.

The Prize:

1. The prize for the competition is a £50 Virgin Experience Days Voucher: The Amber Collection. The prize is non-negotiable and cannot be exchanged or upgraded. However, if we are unable to obtain any of the prizes, for any reason, we will choose a subsequent alternative prize of the same value.

Choosing a Winner:

1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entrants by selected employees of Travel Insurance Explained using an online random picker.
2. The competition will close on the 31/07/2019. Only then will the prize be unlocked and a winner chosen.
3. The winner will be notified by email or social media within seven days after the prize draw closes by a representative of Travel Insurance Explained. If the promoter does not receive a response from the winner within seven days after the first contact, the promotor shall deem the prize as unclaimed. At the discretion of the promoter, the prize may be allocated to a substitute winner.
4. The winner will be contacted via the social media account used to enter the competition. It is up to the winner to make sure his/her details are correct before submitting.
5. The winner will be sent their prize via the post and will be asked to supply their postal address.
6. By entering, the winner gives their permission for their name, location and photo (if required) to be used on the Travel Insurance Explained website, social media, newsletter and all other press and/or promotional material as required.

Legal:

1. The promoter is entitled to change, amend, extend, cancel, or review the competition, terms and conditions and any other relevant material as required without prior notice. By entering, entrants will have agreed to abide by these terms and condition and any revisions or amendments. The entrant agrees that the promoter will not accept liability for such changes or any inconvenience caused as a result thereof.

Choosing a Winner:

1. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries by an employee of Travel Insurance Explained.
2. The competition will close at 12 noon on Sunday 30^th June 2019. Only then will the prize be unlocked and a winner chosen.
3. The winner will be notified via the email address used to sign up to the newsletter by a representative of Travel Insurance Explained. If the promoter does not receive a response from the winner within seven days after the first contact, the promoter shall deem the prize as unclaimed. At the discretion of the promoter, the prize may be allocated to a substitute winner.
4. The winner will be sent their prize via the post and will be asked to supply their postal address and other contact details to Travel Insurance Explained to redeem their prize.
5. By entering, the winner gives their permission for their name, location and photo (if required) to be used on the Travel Insurance Explained website, social media, newsletter and all other press and/or promotional material as required.
